  • YWCA Counseling and Referral Clinic - short-term counseling (10 sessions) provided to women and couples on a sliding scale basis
  • Capital Area Mental Health Clinic (CAMHC) - long-term counseling provided on a sliding scale basis

  • Thoughts and Feelings: Taking Control of Your Moods and Your Life by McKay, Davis and Fanning
  • The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook by McKay, Wood and Brantley
  • Feeling Good by David Burns  (focuses on depression specifically)
  • The Feeling Good Handbook by David Burns (has information on depression, anxiety and other issues)
  • Mind Over Mood - 2nd Edition by Dennis Greenberger and Christine Padesky
  • ​Five Good Minutes in the Evening by Jeffrey Brantley and Wendy Millstine (I've found all of the "five good minutes" books to be a great resource, but this one seems to be particularly useful for reducing stress and anxiety)

  • My Life - another relaxation/meditation app similar to Calm but seems to have more resources available for free
  • Gottman card decks - relationship app that has 14 different exercises to help deepen relationships
  • Quirk -  quick and easy CBT exercise to help catch and change negative thoughts are triggering uncomfortable feelings
